Hi all. I’m preparing my first kobotoolbox project. I started developing an enquete with the online tool, downloaded it as xls file and edited it in Google Sheets (mainly translations). Now I want to upload the xlsx file back to kobotoolbox for a test, but the upload keeps running indefinitely.
I validated it without errors. I’m working on the EU server (eu.kobotoolbox.org)

Hi @pooliscoolvzw,
I checked your file and couldn’t see any problem, i even deployed it in my account. Are you trying to create a new form or updating the old one while deploying the form?

Hi @osmanburcu , thanks for the swift reply. I tried to create a new form, to avoid spoiling the existing online version in case something goes wrong 
Should I try the updating procedure?
I just wanted to check if it caused by an error in the existing forms. So you are trying to create a new from and still get error. Can you try the version i just downloaded? Just import it as a new form

Now all of a sudden everything works: updating the existing survey and uploading the original and your file. I don’t understand the issue, but thanks a lot for the support!
