I’m reaching out to the community regarding a critical issue we’ve encountered on our KoboToolbox account: two of our projects have completely disappeared from the platform, without any deletion initiated on our part. We no longer have access to the forms or the collected data, which seriously jeopardizes the progress of our activities.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation? What could be the possible reasons behind such a disappearance?
Most importantly, is there any way to recover these projects or to check if they are still stored on the server?

Welcome to the community, @URABEFITI! You may want to check your Account Settings > Security > Recent Account Activity to review who has accessed your account recently.
In some cases, if login credentials have been shared with someone else, they might have accidentally logged in and deleted the project.
Alternatively, the disappearing project might actually belong to someone else who had shared it with you. If they’ve unshared it, it would no longer appear in your account. In that case, you’ll need to contact the project owner and request that they reshare it with you.
