Urgent. Live survey- shared and transferred projects not showing

Hello everyone, I don’t seem to be finding this problem in the forum. Can you help?

Situation:

  • I initially shared two projects with a colleague, with full management clearance, but they did not appear in his account.
  • To resolve this, I transferred another project to his account. After the transfer, he hit an email and all three projects appeared correctly, the shared and the transferred.
  • Shortly afterwards, all three projects disappeared from his account without any changes in permissions, servers, or credentials.
  • Both of us are using the same server, without connectivity issues. I am in Papua New Guinea, and my colleague is in France. I created a test account on this side of the world, and it works perfectly for me, but my colleague cannot access it.
  • I cannot access his account with his credentials, and he cannot access my test account with my credentials.
  • We tested the 2 KoboToolbox servers.

Welcome to the community, @ijuliao! Do you mean that you shared a project with a user and the project disappeared from your account, even though you did not delete it? Has your colleague, the one you transferred the project to, upgraded their account to a Team Plan? And are you also a part of their Team Plan?
