Hello everyone, I don’t seem to be finding this problem in the forum. Can you help?
Situation:
- I initially shared two projects with a colleague, with full management clearance, but they did not appear in his account.
- To resolve this, I transferred another project to his account. After the transfer, he hit an email and all three projects appeared correctly, the shared and the transferred.
- Shortly afterwards, all three projects disappeared from his account without any changes in permissions, servers, or credentials.
- Both of us are using the same server, without connectivity issues. I am in Papua New Guinea, and my colleague is in France. I created a test account on this side of the world, and it works perfectly for me, but my colleague cannot access it.
- I cannot access his account with his credentials, and he cannot access my test account with my credentials.
- We tested the 2 KoboToolbox servers.
