How can I check if an account is already activated? I’m trying to share a form but the usernames that I receive don’t activate de button “INVITE” in the “Invite collaborators section”.
They told me that those accounts are activated but I don’t believe so.
Any URL or another method to check the real status of the accounts?
Welcome to the community! Would you try with the following if you are not able to activate the INVITE button while trying to share your project with a user account:
Check that your internet connections are working well
Logout and re-enter your account
Check out the user account (spelling exactly that it should be) as you are sometimes unable to share when you make a typo error
