I have shared my forms to various users from different organizations who are collecting data on the same project. I have specified users (row-level permission) to see submissions only from users of their own organization. However, these users are not seeing submissions. Later i understood that those submissions are missing username. SO, WHAT IS THE SOLOTION FOR THIS?

Thank you so much for your response. Yes, some of the users are using webform(enketo) while others use mobile app. The problem is that those submissions without username are not visible for users who have been provided with row-level permission. Should we stop collecting data using Enketo to avoid missing usernames? or is there any mechanism to resolve this issue?

You might add a mandatory question (select_one) for the username.
I have also noticed that some submissions track usernames while others don’t but both submissions are via web-form(enketo). I couldn’t understand why this is happening.
