Hello pls I need assistance, trying to create an account but every username I input is not being accepted I have followed d guideline or prompt on what the username should contain but it still doesn’t accept how do I go further thanks
Have you tried using numbers at the back of the username like say if it’s xyz have you tried giving it a name xyz1 etc. It should solve your issue.
Yea I have suffesfully created an account but trying to log in today, I forgot my username , how do I login or retrieve it thank you
Could you reach us at support@kobotoolbox.org with the following information:
- Username (it’s OK if you don’t know)
- Email id registered with the username
- Server (OCHA or HHI)
Note: Kindly please reach us with the email id that was registered with the username. We would be unable to support you with the same if you fail to do so.
