Dear all, i would like to ask about the data collection through mobiles . is it a must to share the username and password of the account in which i have created the questionnare or there is other way to get the questionnaire by each used using his/her account .

Welcome to the community, @hibaabaza! There are 2 different ways to collect data in KoBoToolbox:
i. KoBoCollect
ii. Enketo
If you are collecting data through KoBoCollect android app you will need the login credentials as the same has to be configured to make a connection to the server. You could however create an enumerators account and then share your project from the admin account restricting certain permission as outlined in this support article Row Level Permissions.
If you are collecting data through Enketo, you however not need to share your login credentials.
