Validation of QR Codes

I would appreciate your support in resolving an issue with form design. I have a set of cards with QR codes that can be scanned, and each card is linked to a unique ID. However, there is a risk that data collectors might scan invalid QR codes, either intentionally or due to being misled by community members whose cards have been deactivated.

I need your assistance in creating a constraint or validation system within the form that can differentiate between valid and invalid card numbers or QR codes. I currently have a comprehensive list of valid cards and their corresponding unique IDs.
