The only work around is for them to edit their submissions on the server as indicated in the following article Editing or Deleting a Single Submission — KoboToolbox documentation

Unfortunately. the system does not give you a way to track the edited component.

Rejected or return feature

If in the future the feature allowed to rejected or returning poorly regesteres in the field for correction can be integrated in the application it would help enormously during the record validation process. Thank you and have a nice day [image]

The goal would be to allow someone looking at the data on the server to send the specific form (instance) back to the user to correct some error on it. This may be useful when working from a quality control perspective.
