We have encountered this data download issue again

I have been unable to downloading data from the Kobo server since 6 AM, it keeps running processing but never finishes,
Sometimes it returns Exports failed.
Please assist/advice

we are using the humanitarian server “kobo.humanitarianresponse.info/”, and the issue is still on and still the data is processing

there is a temporary solution for this issue if we un-mark the audit data and media URL it will process and gives at least a download
