This is happening for any webform getting opened (fully downloaded) for the first time or re-downloaded (say, after a browser cache delete)
The kobotoolbox login window itself takes a long time to open.
Is anyone else having this problem?

Dear @Kal_Lam, thanks for getting back to me about this problem. It is not happening now. Found out later that it was only happening on my computer. Everything started working as normal after about a day or so.
