Description
When downloading exported data from site as XLS an answer from a response is associated to the last column and this column is unnamed. The answer should be associated with the correct column alongside other answers from other submited forms both before and after it. There are answers before and after it in the right place all in the same version of the form.
Steps to Reproduce
I do not know how this happened, it shouldn’t.
Expected behavior
Answers should be located in the correct column when data is downloaded.
Actual behavior
An answer is located in the wrong column and this column is the right-most column and has no name.
