When I tried to upload the form, from the app it shows me this error. When i entered into the kobotoolbox platform i can see the form but some data are not in the form. What could it be?

Welcome to the community, @mizrahym! It seems the issue may be related to submitting your form to the server. Just a quick question, does your submission include any background audio recording, audio/video files, or other media attachments?
Yes, there are some photos I attached to that form. I can see the form incomplete in the platform, the last 4 photos are missing in the form I sent. Do you think it may the problem be my tablet or the internet, because there are like 16 photos in the same form.
