Most of my questions are “Question Matrix” and they are displayed correctly in the “Submitting form” with “Grid theme”, but when i try to view / print the submissions they are displayed as in normal theme, which is not correct and because of that, the data is displayed wrongly and can’t be used in the format that is displayed.
Expected results:
Questions and the answers to be displayed in the same form/theme as the “submission form”

Welcome to the community, @iphstudies! Could you kindly share with us a sample of your XLSForm that is not displaying as needed? Please also share a screenshot of what you expect and what is showing up. That would be helpful for the community to troubleshoot and help you out.

SS’s are available in the links - how it is displayed in the questionnaire and how is displayed in the submissions.
Question Matrix questions in the submissions are not displayed as grid theme, and thats why every cell (column per row) is displayed as separate submission, instead of showing all data as table, as it is displayed in the questionnaire.
@iphstudies, could you kindly attach the screenshots to this post so that it’s easy for us to relate your issue? Please try using the screenshot that is clear enough for us to understand!
