Hi @Kal_Lam I have the same issue. The post you linked as a possible answer is related to sharing links publicly while the issue is with logged in users who have access to the form. They login and see the form fine, but when they submit data, the login required dialogue appears. Even If they logged in again it keeps appearing. I tried clearing cookies and did not work. It worked using another browser but I want to know why it happens and how to fix it in the existing browser. Thanks.
