When trying to view in “table” mode, an error message appears

How are you?
I’m reaching out to you since our organisation encountered the same problem as “cflores”. Namely, when trying to view in “table” mode, an error message appears (see picture attached).

Would be great if you could help me out in this issue. Of course, more than happy to share username (different account than the one I’m writing with), project name and server (where can I find server details?).
