White screen and no access to data

Hello everyone,

I encounter two bugs, quite similar:

  • for some of my questionnaires, when I click on the “data” tab, the page “jumps” and I only get a blank screen.
  • for other questionnaires, I can access the “data” tab but when I click on "configure the style of the report, this is when the white screen appears.

@deveseleerflorine, if you wish to have a temporary fix for your issue please provide me the following through a private message:

  • Username
  • Project name
  • Server

@deveseleerflorine, kindly please be informed that this is a bug that has been recorded in the GitHub which you could follow it here:

It should be solved in the next release of the KoBoToolbox. As a temporary fix i have reset the same for you once again (i.e. you should be able to view the graphs again). This time, if you wish to play around with the custom report, kindly please note the followings:

  • First change your browser language to English.
  • Then you could work with graphs and bars without any issue.

Will let you know when we have a permanent fix for this issue.

Thank you very much for your help. I changed my browser language to English and restarted my computer but it still doesn’t work.
When I click on the “data” tab, I only get a blank screen.



Note: You will need to work with the English language settings until we fix the issue. I have reset the same again.
