i have created and validate the survey online there is no error but once i start uploading to kobotoolbox it is only file uploading it does not show even any error i checked online they show it is already solved but still i am facing any idea

@idodatacollection, that should not be an issue. Which server are you using? Are you using one of our public servers or are you one a self-hosted KoboToolbox server?
Public Server --i have try on both Glober server and European Union KoboToolbox Server
