I have a specific issue with languages that I think may be a glitch with the system but I’m hoping someone has a solution.
I have created, uploaded and deployed a form in XLS format. The default language in my settings tab in XLS is English and I have added an additional Burmese translation in the survey and choices tabs under label::Burmese.
Now I want to download data from Kobo and the only options for “Value and header format” are Burmese and XML values and headers. English does not appear as an option, despite being my default language. Is there a way to solve this (i.e. to download the data in English labels) without having to re-deploy the form? The survey has begun already so re-deploying would not be an option.
