I amfacing the issue to upload file and also file did not work when i upload it,i have created survey and choices sheets but unable to add it and if uploaded its shows empty
2nd i have to draw or add tables so what is best option

I found many coding errors in your files. such as
=> You have used capital letters in column headings.
=> Variable names are not unique and variable naming roles are not followed.
=> Correct coding role not used in relevant column, etc.
Please first read the document and then develop your questionnaire in kobo.

@gul, as advised by @Bulbulrds, you can always validate your XLSForm through this online validator to see if there are any syntax issues. In addition, you could also visit this site here to learn more about how XLSForms are designed. This site here should also be equally helpful for you to learn more on XLSForms.
