You can set the allow_choice_duplicates setting to 'yes'

There are more than one survey elements named ‘water_and_sanitation_related_pond_sand_filter_psf’ (case-insensitive) in the section named ‘group_dh6xy69’.

I want to repeat my choices. Please let me know how can I can suppress the error by using the allow_choice_duplicates setting:

Hello,
as the error indicates this duplicate name is in the survey sheet. You can only have/allow duplicates for choice items (choices sheet), but not for variables, i.e. question or group names

@Ganni, this online validator should also help you identify the syntax issues within your XLSForm.

Thank you @Kal_Lam it works. Also, can you let me know how can we change the settings (allow choice duplicates), where can we do that?

Thanks for the reply @wroos, by seeing the error I can understand that I should allow duplicates but my question is where should we do it and how?

@Ganni, you could set this as outlined in the post discussed previously:

Look for a question/variable name “water_and_…”" in your survey sheet (not in choices) and change it to a unique name there.
Changing the settings will not solve this problem!
