I am currently experiencing an issue accessing my KoboToolbox account. The platform is not loading properly in my browser, and when I attempt to log in using Google, I receive the following error: “The username and/or password you specified are not correct.”
I also tried resetting my password, but I received the following email response:
This is surprising, as the account is indeed registered with this email: sabine.nassim@beitelbaraka.org (please note the correct spelling of “beitelbaraka”).
Could you please assist in verifying whether my account exists on your system, and if so, help me regain access to it?
