Kindly assist me. When i press account settings, nothing happens. i have tried multiple browsers on multiple devices but to no avail.
I can easily acces mine , i cannot say exactl what might be you problem ,
Try, restrting pc or cleaning browser history and retry, though your issues is kinda strange
@nanaobengkoranteng, try using a modern (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.) and updated browser (updated to it’s latest version). It should solve your issue (if you are on a public KoboToolbox server). But feel free to reach out to you admin if you are on a self-hosted KoboToolbox server.
