Activation the profesional plan in my acount

hello, on 07/08/2023 i paid to migrate my account to the professional version for 1 month, however, i have not received any instructions on how to make this effective on my account. i have contacted your service since yesterday but have not received any follow-up. can you help me?

hello sir kal_Lam, yes, I had contacted kobo regarding this subject because I had paid for the professional plan but I did not know if it was already active because at the level of the “IDEASE” account dedicate to this subscription no information n was visible and still is. on the other hand I wrote to you on the forum because an error message is displayed when I make the multiple correction on a survey of the same account
