Adding a (+/-) button to integer questions

Hello!
First of all, thanks a lot for this great tool, it really is a life saver.

However I have received in the past year multiple requests from my users to add a (+/-) button next to integer questions for easier input. For instance, a team counts the number of trees in the field and it’s a pain for them to fill out the “how many trees are there?” question on the go, as they can’t simply click on a + or - button.

Could it be added in a next release?

@lisa_vdh, if you are collecting data with Enketo you should be able to see a small up and down button at the right corner of the box as shown in the image below:

However i am collecting data using the Android app, and those little arrows aren’t displayed there.
