Is there anyway for Integer numeric fields to have a +/- button displayed next to them, for easy entry by tapping on a device screen rather than picking a number from the keyboard. We use KoboCollect to tally events as they occur. We are using the Range control but it is a bit awkward for numbers over 10 or so. We would like to be able to do something like the Cubes put in the Switch and Cubes put in the Scale questions shown in this screenshot: https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/9490724/38289412-e035efa8-378a-11e8-85cc-9de4d856c787.png
Hello,
Just to add:
Such a feature exists in Enketo (see Preview), but not (yet?) in KoBoCollect.
Layout for the fleshes might be improved (more space between to make click safer).
Hi,
Following up on this, has this feature been added since?
It would be very useful for me!
Thanks a lot
Implementation of this into one of our forms has been requested by one of my team too!
We often need to tally events by entering numeric values, and for better user experience, we’re looking for a way to add +/- buttons next to integer numeric fields. This would make a data entry more convenient, especially when working on mobile devices in the field. The standard interface currently lacks this feature.
