Hello, I am trying to add a logo to the form I created but it will not read the field bc the label and hint are empty. Does anyone have a suggestion of what else I can try? Thank you.

I have been trying to add a logo and all the comes up is “image” but the image is not displayed. What do I do?
The page reference as a guide to address this is apparently no longer available
