Api kobotoolbox- excel

Hello, I’m using api to connect to excel and when I manage to sync,
API: https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info/api/v1/data

But the data that I can see in kobotoolbox, I can’t visualize it in excel because they appear NULL. What do I need to do to get them to sync?

You can switch to API V2. It is easier than the API V1

Hi @tinok I went ahead and updated ODK Collect’s configuration on a test device that had the application already installed and a project already configured. I had the old address in there ( https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info ). I tried https://eu.kobotoolbox.org and it didn’t work. Then I tried https://kc-eu.kobotoolbox.org and it worked. So it seems that the correct url is https://kc-eu.kobotoolbox.org . If this is the case, why is eu.kobotoolbox.org the address that was advertised in th…
