We are having some API issues with form submissions that feel like a bug to me.
We signed up for a Professional Plan to try to resolve these issues, and hope to continue to maintain one moving forward.
On the pricing page, there is a note that the user benefits from “Direct User Support” (Pricing | KoboToolbox).
How do we actually leverage this? I don’t see anything in the UI or documentation.
We’ve been writing to info@kobotoolbox.org but not hearing back yet. Is this the best way or is there a different method to get Direct User Support?
