Welcome to the community, @umarsheriff2020! This is something you will need to communicate with the admin who shared the survey link (to fill up the application form) with you. The admin should then uncheck the Require authentication to see forms and submit data which is present under the ACCOUNTS SETTINGS as discussed in our previous post:
