I created an account on KoboToolbox Global Serve and received an email on account email address verification. After I clicked on the link received, below was feedback for service support intervention:
"Activation failed
Sorry, we couldn’t activate your account. The link we sent you has expired.
This email confirmation link expired or is invalid. If you need to request a new link to verify your email address change, please go to your account setting page and enter your email address again".
The above issue was resolved at the back end of support Team through email exchange (support@kobotoolbox.org).
Moreover, I downloaded and installed Kobocollect App. Did manual attempt to set-up. For the URL, I used KoboToolbox, username: xxxxxxx and Password: XXXXXX.
My installed Kobocollect App did not connect with platform. Please support to link my APP and Platform.
