@skylightmele, KoboToolbox has 2 publicly hosted servers. You may have issues if you try to log into your account through the wrong URL. Hence, you must log in to your account through the correct URL.

If you have an account in the humanitarian server, you should be able to login into your account through this login URL:

https://kobo.humanitarianresponse.info/accounts/login/?next=/#/

And, if you have an account in the non-humanitarian server, you should be able to login into your account through this login URL:

https://kf.kobotoolbox.org/accounts/login/?next=/#/

If you still get an error message despite trying to login into your account through the URL shared above, please reach us (with the email id registered with the username) for the password reset request at support@kobotoolbox.org.
