Can KOBO capture QR code and save as unique ID so that we can match several records of one participant?

Welcome to the community, @tranhungminh! If your QR code has a unique number it should be able to capture it while collecting data.

As KOBO does not support longitudinal study, I am planning to collect information several times for each participant and use unique ID to match these records for each participant for further data analysis.

Please be informed that you should be able to handle longitudinal data in KoBoToolbox by using the Dynamic Data Attachment feature as outlined in our support article:
