I CAN’T EXPORT THE DATA FOR MY PROJECT ABOUT 3 DAYS AGO

Change the ‘select export type’ then try to download the data.

I would also like to mention that I have been trying to reach Kobo for the past 8 days regarding this issue but have yet to receive a response. This delay is significantly impacting my productivity, and I kindly request your prompt attention to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
