I am still unable to create a download

Dear team, following up on this post. I am still unable to create a download. Has the team had any progress and releasing a fix

Hi, here’s a screenshot of the Downloads window

I deleted the previous XLS download and I started a new XLS download yesterday
This is still processing (running)
This has been happening since Sept
