Changing email address without password for previous one

I am unable to change my email address because I no longer have the password. Need to sync my books to new kobo ereader

Besides, kindly please be informed that there are two servers (HHI and the OCHA) for KoBoToolbox. Please can someone help me. I want to change my email address because I changed it over a year ago and neglected to change it on KOBO site. Now I have no access to that email address to reset my password. I have a new Libra and wish to sync my books. All the help platforms have not helped me!

@Dee1216, even to reset your password, you will need to reach out to support@kobotoolbox.org with the registered email ID (due to account security reasons).
