Data reports with Approved data

I would like to generate a report with only the “Approved” (validation) rows. Is there a way to do this in KoboToolbox without deleting those duplicate entries?

This feature is not available with KoboToolbox at the moment. We already have a feature request for this where you could VOTE to make it a reality soon.

Custom report - report on subset of collected data

Is there a way to create a custom report on a subset of the collected data. That is I want to apply a filter say '"Where answer in question 1 is equal to ‘YES’ ‘’

If deleting the entries is the only way to create the correct report, is there a way to copy the whole data set other in KoboToolbox other than downloading the Excel/

We don’t have this feature, too, with KoboToolbx. But you could transfer it as outlined in the post discussed previously by using the python snippet:

Hi @rudamarco, we have a tool here that is under development but has been built for this purpose: Although it is still under development, it will work if both your projects are on KoboToolbox servers, i.e. you can transfer data from an identical project on the humanitarian server to one on the non-humanitarian server.
