Deployment of Enketo 4.1.1

Hello everyone,

I have deployed Enketo 4.1.1 to ee.kobotoolbox.org (the non-humanitarian server) just now. If there are no reported issues by next week, we will proceed with deploying to ee.humanitarianresponse.info as well.

For the previous announcement about this, made at the beginning of last month, please see the post linked below. It contains the change log.
