I’m designing a survey in KoboToolbox and would like help setting up a question about business challenges respondents are currently facing. I want to ask what the top three business challenges currently faced by the respondents are.
The options are:
Sourcing raw materials
Cost of raw materials
Cost of utility bills
Marketing
Paying employee wages
Accessing credit
Managing domestic responsibilities
Accessing technology
Managing accounts
Travelling alone
Climate change
Other
None
Here’s what I want to achieve:
Respondents should be able to select up to 3 options
I want to know which challenge they selected first, second, and third (i.e. ranked order).
I’m want to use a repeat group where respondents select one challenge per repeat.
I’d like each repeat to filter out options already selected in previous repeats (i.e. no duplicates)
If respondents selected other, there should be an added text type question to specify what ‘other’ means
I have been trying a few methods but none have worked for me. Any support would be most appreciated
