I have some transcript files (word documents and pdfs) uploaded and i have been trying to download this files under the media attachments zip files. However this has failed for the last 3 days. It show pending continuously and later a failure notice. How do i get these documents
How large is the document? If the document is large it should take some time and maybe you could also use the DownloadThemAll approach as outlined in our support article:
