Draft Data missing after Failed to execute ‘transaction’ error

My team is currently on the field collecting data using Kobo Toolbox. Today we encountered an error for one of our data collectors.

Error message: Failed to execute ‘transaction’ on ‘IDBDatabase’: The database connection is closing.

This error has caused some drafts forms missing. Has anyone encountered a similar problem before? And is there any way to restore the drafts?
