al crear un nuevo usuario sale error 500 para poder entregarle acceso a un nuevo formulario pero no hemos podido

Gracias! me di cuenta que con el dominio mayma.org no se ha podido crear usuarios, sin embargo sí con un correo genérico como gmail.com
