Error during downloading the images from Kobo

Hello Guys,

I have followed the steps as outlined here (Downloading Photos and Other Media — KoBoToolbox documentation).
But when I click the link, they tell me image cannot be downloaded as attached in the photo

Dear @Kal_Lam I read through all those solutions, downloading the pictures as a zipped folder has already worked. But what i’m more interested in is generating a workable link to each photo, then I can tag these links to their respective geo points. The aim is that if I open the geo points in Power BI, the respective photo link should be available for one to see.

My issue is about the link showing me an error that “Cannot download the information requested” Is it restricted in a way?
