Error Message on my home page

Hello. I keep getting this error message box everytime I go to my home page in kobotoolbox. Does anyone have any idea what this means?

Yes, I am still experiencing it. I am using the European Union KoboToolbox Server: eu.kobotoolbox.org.

Every time I log in to my home page in kobo.

I also get it when I go to my usage in my account settings.
