Error when edit the data form

Hello! I tried clicking the form, but I’m unable to edit it. Could you please check the permissions?

Hi,
It looks like it’s a “server error”. In particular, the error (ends with manifest.xml) is thrown for all Forms that use “Dynamic Data Attachment”, pulling data from one Form to another.
@jnm could you please investigate about this error?

It has been noticed since 3 days, Forms that use “Dynamic Data Attachment” get an error says:

Request to https://eu.kobotoolbox.org/asset_snapshots/sGqDgQVQFRUrHahvSMzFPN/manifest.xml failed.

Thank you for the report. Our developers have reproduced the issue and are working on a fix ASAP. This affects form previewing as well as editing.
