I deployed two questionnaires (every little different) into one survey because I made a bite change on the the first deployed. I used old form and new form to collect data. When I download it, It was failed.
How could I download data Include data from all 2 versions?

You could send a private message to a user in the community forum as follows:
Option 1: Sending a private message
Step 1: Select the Reply button as boxed in red below.

Steps to solve your issue:
Download your xlsform (different deployed versions) by cloning them.
Check the differences (especially focus on repeat group questions).
Identify the changes and edit the xlsform accordingly.
Replace the xlsform and redeploy.
You should be able to download your dataset without any issue.

Edit: maybe "reject" is a better approach than "warn".
Especially unnamed, unlabeled groups. These will have newly auto-generated names assigned each time...
