Failed to duplicate submission

500 errors

Dear, Kobo colleagues, Last couple of days our team has started facing the 504 error, especially for the form that includes more than 120.000 submissions. We are using eu server : https://eu.kobotoolbox.org/ , for the humanitarian needs. such issue appears when we try to access “Data” tab of the form [image] Could you please clarify whether this issue is related to our current plan (community free) or if it is due to technical maintenance on your side?

@slovak82, is it an issue with your single submission or is it an issue with your entire submissions?

Hello! I have faced the same issue. It seams that only several submissions cannot be duplicated. I haven’t checked all of them but it seams like 2 out of 20 cannot be duplicated. Could you please support on this issue as I need this option for my colleagues to save huge amount time spent reentering the data?
