Important Point to Note! You must have a data collection device that can reach that kind of accuracy otherwise you’ll have a challenge with field teams failing to capture the GPS.

Yes, this is possible. To capture GPS location at the required 2m you can add a parameters field in your XLSForm and have it contain capture-accuracy=2 as the value for that parameter. You can refer to this documentation for guidance.
