Help accessing my account

Dear Community Experts,

I created an account with the username xxxxxxx and email address xxxxxxx@gmail.com on 19 May 2025. I successfully activated my account and created a project. I then deployed the form for Online data collection to respondents using Eketo (sp). There are more respondents I have to deploy to and I am failing to log in. I have tried resetting the password and I being told the account does not exist. I am worried I will lose the data already submitted and may delay deploying the form to remaining respondents. I would like your help how I go about this.
