How can I allow team members to collect data without using my credentials?

I’m trying to figure out the best way to allow my team members to collect data using KoBoToolbox without sharing my login credentials. I want them to access and submit forms easily in the field, but securely. Has anyone found a good setup for this—maybe using shared links or user roles? Would love to hear your suggestions—thanks!

Use the “Collect Data” link (webform / Enketo):
In your project, go to Form > Collect Data > Online-Offline (multiple submission).
Share that unique link with your field team.
They can open it on any browser or phone and submit responses.
They don’t need an account at all.

KoBoCollect (Android app):
Create individual KoBoToolbox accounts for each enumerator (recommended).
In your project settings, under Share Project, grant them Submit data only permission.
They log into KoBoCollect with their own credentials and submit directly.

Dear , you can also create a secondary account with different credential of your main account then share your form to that secondary account and make sure to choose submit form option only. Finally , you allow team members to collect data by configuring kobocollect with the secondary account whose credential are different from those of your main account and can be shared.
